Cheapest hosting company for landing page?

Hey, my budget is very limited and i need to buy domain & hosting for my landing page, can u please tell me where can i find a domain & hosting if i have 9$ budget?
i heard i can get a free domain with an additional .blabla so i guess i will go for it, so i only need the cheapest hosting company around!

    To get the lowest cost hosting usually requires you pay for a year or more at a time, which doesn't fit with your budget. However, here's a list of free hosts. Not all will let you have your own domain name, but some will.
