I'm looking to purchase this domain for a client and I'm trying to contact the owner but would like to know roughly what the domains commercial value is since it has absolutely no traffic.

It's up for sale at sedo. I'd like to at least be somewhat educated. Before I make an offer

    I checked the appraisal of this domain at Zippozap.com which doesn't give a good value, since there no keyword we can find using that name. Hence you can ask for a very low value.

    2 things determine the value of anything, including domains.
    What the buyer is willing to pay and the seller is willing to take.
    A friend of mine is a copyright lawyer.
    He had a client who wanted a domain that was owned by a guy running a small, part-time business on it.
    The client authorized him to pay as much as $250,000.
    He found the owner and offered him $10,000.
    The Owner turned it down.
    My friend ended up buying the domain for $25,000!
