      What I found interesting was they where all the same reasons why I don't shop at some sites online.
      Just goes to show if you're building an online store you need to think like the consumer.

        Absolutely, I have sites I go to all the time where I probably would buy if it wasn't such a tangled chore. I went back into some of mine and looked at them with a new eye. I'm thinking of having non-tech friends check out my sites for ease of use. I haven't done that before.

      No idea why you think this one would be deleted.
      Thomas has the notion that his posts are all going to be deleted. I'm not sure why, but it's something he brings up fairly regularly.

    I didnt read the list, but another reason people lose sales that may or may not be in that list, is because they aren't keeping up with where their product is going.

    If you stay on top of piracy and take action against the people trying to resell your product, you will be amazed how many sales keep coming in.
