Does anyone know how to cancel a recurring subscription in 2checkout.com?

I sent a ticket to support 2 days ago along with the order number and haven't heard peep.

Sorry, Can't help you. I had an account with them.forgot my login details because I hadn't used them in a while and when I submitted a ticket they couldn't find my account. That was the last I did anything with them.

This was such a weird coincidence. I decided to give up my membership right when 2Checkout decided not to carry the vendor's account. I have been in contact with the original vendor and he was beyond gracious and helpful. There is also a 2Checkout representative posting here at the WF under the name 2Checkout. He was also very helpful. I never did hear anything from the support desk though. I would think very carefully before purchasing something on subscription that bills through 2Checkout after this experience. If I was not a WF member, I might never have gotten advice from anyone.

Yes, I'm in exactly the same boat right now and won't be purchasing any recurring subscription through 2CO ever again.

I requested the subscription be cancelled a month ago by contacting the support desk of the well know internet marketer who I'd purchased from and was told my subscription had been cancelled.

At the end of last week my card was billed again for that service. Have contacted both the marketers support desk (4 days ago) and 2CO (2 days ago) regarding this and what a surprise...nothing from either of them

Give 2CO a call. We used them years ago before we had our own merchant account (and before paypal was as popular as it is today).

You can cancel payments yourself using the link in your monthly payment notification emails, or go here http://www.2co.com/

Truthfully speaking, it's not really 2Checkouts responsibility to cancel your subscription. That belongs to the person or company you started the subscription with. In fact, these days if they don't give an easy and clear way to stop a subscription, it could land them in hot water. The one to be mad at should be the product vendor.

Having said that, 2CO SHOULD be more helpful, seeing as it is THEIR merchant account at risk. As a 2CO vendor, cancelling a subscription is very simple in the admin.

As for the 2CO support, I have never had an issue with them. I have 3 accounts, one of which goes back to 2003, and my only complaint has been their fees.
