Sometimes this dude has commercials playing on 3 channels simultaneously.
Fess up, who has bought the latest real estate courses?
The only one I have ever heard get a few positive reviews of actual people who know people who did the course and made money was Carlton Sheets.
Never heard anyone else say anything positive about a real estate course, not even "Rich Dad's" Robert Kiyosaki's course.
He's pushing stocks now, I think.
