This is perhaps one of the best videos on marketing that I've seen this year. Vaynerchuk does a tremendous job explaining and getting you excited about certain cultural shifts that are rocking the way businesses have traditionally communicated with their customers.
He really drives home the idea of delivering customers an experience worthy of thanks. He tells an enlightening story about he used his customer's twitter data to find them shockingly appropriate and thoughtful gifts. The discussion gets interesting as he questions how a business can scale that type of behavior.
Even for a veteran internet marketer like myself, Gary Vaynerchuk is able to teach a thing or two and bring a really interesting and fresh perspective on a market that's been full of the same recycled garbage.
