WP cloning tools?

hey warriors,
I have a client who needs to me to create 100 cookie-cutter style websites for him. I've already setup 100 of them and it took me a week to do it given my normal work hours, ect..

All the sites will have the same theme, plugins, and settings (except for the URLs). After the time it took me to make the first 100 I decided to do a little digging around on some methods I could use to cut my time.

A WP clone is exactly what I need.
WPTwin seems to be exactly what I need but I cannot (or rather do not want to) spend $97 on something that I may never use again after this job. I don't know if they'll want more ever again... if I had assurances, I'd spend it in a heart beat.

I know of the Duplicator plugin but it seems like it'd take just as long as doing my normal method. I was hoping anyone could recommend a free or less expensive but still comparable plugin/script/ect.. to the WPTwin script.

If I have to suck it up and buy WPTwin,as it does exactly what I need, I will. It copies everything over and leaves site URLs in tact.

Anyone have any suggestions?
