I just ran into a handle little tool: Convert Case - Convert upper case to lower case, lower case to upper case and more!

If you ever need to copy and paste something that is all upper case or lower case and have it transformed to a different style, go to this site. It does it for free. Matt

    I used to use one of thse programs since I have a habit of looking at the screen only to realize I've typed out several sentences in uppercase with intended caps in lower.

    The most irritating thing ever.
