3 year old smokes!

I about fell off my chair. I don't see how his mom
could not have known that the 3 year old smoked.

Some people should not have kids. I have heard of
a person taking street drugs and giving some to the
child.

I'm just about at a loss of words....

    Judge Curran added that while the offence would normally attract a jail sentence, he didn't want to cause her children any further emotional harm by separating them from their mother.

      I've seen a lot of 11 and 12 year old children smoke, but I've never heared of 3 year old smoking. This is truly sad to read about.
