    Happy Thanksgiving to you, too, Kim - and everyone else.

    Dan - the holiday consists of families and friends joining for a major feast - turkey or ham (sometimes both) are the traditional meat - mashed potatoes and stuffing, gravy, yams, cranberry sauces, salads, breads, bean or other veggie casseroles, apple and pumpkin pie -- and of course, football on TV and plenty to drink and eat until you are stuffed about as well as the turkey. There is usually a bit of telling what one is thankful for at the table, and many plays at schools with children enacting the first thanksgiving between the Natives and the Pilgrims (which has some sparks of controversy these years). Has to be experienced to be believed.
