A Question about WSO Pro

I am not sure where else to ask this so here goes:
I recently added WSO pro to a WSO I am promoting -

I got a message from a warrior that the paypal integrated with this was trying to charge a shipping fee! Since paypal is integrated through WSO pro I have no control over this and can't edit whatever is going on.

I searched for an answer for this but no success. I did put in a ticket but haven't heard back yet. I was wondering if this happened to you and if you know how to fix this?

    Did you put a ticket in with Warrior Plus or Warrior Forum?

    Just in case you aren't aware, WSO Pro is operated by a third party company separate from the Warrior Forum.

    It has nothing to do with the Warrior Forum so you need to make sure you open your ticket with Mike Lantz:

      Appreciated - already did this (put in a ticket with Mike Lantz) just wondered if anyone else had this issue.
