Hi to all warriors in the house n complement alike.Please i have a great challenge here. My system all of a sudden stop downloading pdf online despite the fact that it is one of the latest of HP brand i.e DM4 pavillion. Every time i am downloading PDF format it keeps saying close PDF running or PDF damaged and it goes totally black.I have adobe X 10 on the system. Please help me out to rectify this as i have loads of info i need to get right now. However if i use my ordinary Dell 600, the pdf will come up, what should i do?

    You can just right click on the download link and click "save as"

      I'm thinking it's a problem with your O.S.
      Try doing a google search like this,
      "Problem downloading pdf's with windows 7 home edition".
      replacing windows 7 home edition with whatever operating system you have on that computer.
