Hi,

Can't open my TA software nor get their website to load

Anyone having same problems.

I have had the same problem for 3 or 4 days. This is really messing with my work the month.

The main server went out about 3 days ago. 1 and 1 messed up, and their office that can fix the problem doesnt open until today due to the holidays. So the main server shouldn't be down for too much longer (hopefully)

Check the last page of my thread (the one in my sig)

They released updates to validate the software using backup servers, so you can still use the software without having to wait for 1 and 1 to fix it.

Instructions from Jay along with the download links to the updates are on the last page of my thread.

Just be patient, sorry guys. Also, this is literally the 1st time anything like this has ever happened, and I've been using it for like 2 years.

So don't worry, they will get it fixed and we shouldn't have to worry about it happening again.
