How can I make money online and bring it offline without a bank account (Debt and Terrible credit)

I would like to start generating money online with a website and ads. However I don't have a bank account or any idea of bringing money made online to the offline world.

I was told by my girlfriend to open an account with the Credit Union, but I'm fearful that because I owe money to creditors; money brought into their account would be garnished to pay past debts. (loans, medical, misc bills)

I cash all my checks at walmart for a 3$ charge, and keep the money at home in a safe. I also have a re-loadable prepaid walmart debit card that I use to take care of bills online.

Any advice or suggestions from the people here would be greatly appreciated.

(The reason and desire for making money online is so I can put in my own time and hard work on my days off, to generate income that would later be use to help get my life and order and pay off debts - while the money I make in labor, is used to keep me fed and housed.)

You CAN get a bank account. Credit unions are called credit unions because thy are supposed to issue credit to a given part of the community that they collect money from. It has NOTHING to do with the credit reporting agencies, or unions.(Unless it happens to be a credit union for unions!) SERIOUSLY, some postal workers, police, firefighters, etc... have their OWN credit unions, and THEY happen to be in unions. But woodland hills has a credit union for people that live there, there is one that I guess is for the midwest, etc.... For whatever reason, they are supposed to service a SPECIFIC group! Some companies have credt unions that are only for people that work for them!

What you are saying doesn't make sense. You SAY you want to do this to pay off debts, but say you want to HIDE the money because it might be garnished to pay debts!

Frankly, I think that only the IRS and some federal agencies can take money from bank accounts. There IS a FEDERAL law in the US that 20% may be withheld from any payments to you from employers, securities brokers, casinos, etc... to handle that for such things. It DOES extend to things like childsupport and I guess alimony. Keep going, and they may make it WORSE! BTW loans may go SKY HIGH! Traditionally, ONLY banks have been able to "legally" charge a fortune. Now EVERYONE is doing it! EVEN an american indian tribe has gotten into the picture. Some charge OVER 144%(NOT a MISPRINT! Your debt will more than DOUBLE every year you don't pay, and that is if you DO pay! Does the rate go up if you don't? It MAY!) If you don't pay utilities, they WILL get shut off! Not paying medical may be bad TOO! They don't treat ME well, and I pay it all, and am NICE! And hospitals DO have some saay as to how people will be treated and routed in ambulances.

And $3? It wasn't ALWAYS so cheap! It may not last.

Opening a bank account or account with a credit union would entice me to not only transfer funds from online business to offline - but to deposit checks that I actually work for to keep myself alive ( utilities, food, gas ) funds which are used for imminent needs. Putting money into an account that is garnished an (x) amount of money might screw with my day to day life.

In example: Putting in work to Build an online business that generates 30 - 40 dollars a day ( easier said than done, but I'm using this solely for example) So I'm saving 900-1200 dollars a month, that I would like to have the freedom to delegate where this money goes to... Just from online work. If I were to deposit my Cash check from working in legal services it would get mixed into the lot of money, I guess I could make both a checking and savings account but my deal is - I want to be the ONE in CONTROL of which debts the money goes to first, how much, and at what time...

I've always hated banks... My girlfriend goes through Wells fargo, she had opened an account - deposited Several Hundred dollars, and was given a debit card, the debit card stopped working for no reason at all... she had to go into a branch, talk to a banker and they issued her a new one with a little apology for the inconvenience. Months later her account was closed out of the blue, some technical issue - they corrected it, and again apologized but it happened on a weekend so she was without money for almost 3 business days.

Banks stress me out and I'm not even with one. All I hear are horror stories from people. Hidden fees, secret charges, delayed onset over draft fees.

I don't mind dealing with most of their bs... but I absolutely do not want anyone accessing my money without my permission or consent unless it's the damn Federal government...

Don't know how to tell you this...if you are so in debt creditors are coming AFTER your money by garnishment...you aren't in control. I'm not certain if you are trying to pay the debt or escape it - but it's a lot of pressure that affects everything you do.

If you are in the U.S. and have no way to repay your debt, have you considered filing bankruptcy? That could give you a chance to start out right - and if your credit rating is toast anyway, it might make sense to do it.
