Web host problem - How Can I Get A Petition Going?
I have 8 separate domains registered at webhostingworld.net and 7 of them are active and the 8th one has never actually ever been technically registered.
On one of my sites, I received too much traffic so they just deleted my entire website. Now when you visit it, it never loads at all. On the rest of the 6 that actually got registered, they are 99% of the time down due to slow servers.
I read some reviews on review websites where people are complaining about the service and webhostingworld.net posts its own fake positive reviews trying to pose as real customers but I can see through all of that nonsense.
I just got off of their 24/7 live chat and to be honest I was not kind to them. They threatened to delete all of my websites because I called them a name I won't repeat here. Not saying its good to call anyone a bad name, but I am pretty aggravated at the service and the unprofessional level of tech support.
I also don't ever get any real answers from them either. When I submit a support ticket, they always reply with the same junk autoresponse trying to assure me that they are working really hard to help me but they never actually fix any problems.
The reason I am making this post is because I am now out hundreds of dollars on junk I cant use and if I am out that much money, imagine how many other people are experiencing this same frustration! I wonder if there is a way to get them banned from PayPal or something for charging money for a service they don't provide? Is there any recourse I could take?
