Grrrrrrr.. Flippin Paypal Dispute!!!!!
Hey warriors..
I do apologise for this little mini-rant today.
In many years of using Paypal, I have not EVER had anyone do a chargeback, refund or otherwise that I didn't think was okay. I always refund, don't get many refunds, but when I do, I appreciate that it is a part of this sometimes disgusting industry that we work in.
As I said, I have never questioned a refund..
Until today!!
I just received a dispute for a $5 subscription on one of my paid blogs.
Fair enough, no problem, go into paypal, issue the refund and job done.
NOPE!!
Some crazy nutter has questioned the authenticity of the first 2 payments on the account.
They are claiming fraudulent activity... but here's the kicker.
This subscription was created 2 months ago, the buyer has repeatedly logged into the membership to use the content...
grrrrr.
