    Heck yeah! That family is probably now a loyal customer. A 3.5yo writes, and a 27.333yo manager writes back with a nice letter. That is SO rare! And he gives her a gift he knows she can use! BTW I love the 27.333yo reference!

        If I were his boss, I WOULD! The way I see it managers basically only have like THREE jobs! One is doing THIS(advancing customer relations)! I think Lilly will be THRILLED and her parents would probably love it TOO. It might effectively only cost like $5(ok, maybe 2.5 pounds) to do this, and they could probably make that up in a DAY! And the advertising doesn't hurt.
