What's a good Affiliate Software to use?

I joined this forum to ask this question. Lucky for me, right?
Here's the situation:
We have a completed website, with online videos.
Now we're wanting to bring in Affiliates who can have a duplicate site, or use the original one, which ever is better . . . and we're looking for the software to help make this happen, or to at least be able to track everyone's activities.
So, Affiliates out in the "field" can send interested persons to
1) the original website, or
2) their own duplicate web site,
and be assured of getting full credit and payment for that individual if and when they buy.
Anyone have any suggestions as to what software to use?
Hope that made enough sense to get a good answer.
