If you could pull it off... and basically retire SUPER early...

Or at least have it as an option...

Would YOU take it? I ain't talking about stealing.

Would you take an eternal vacation if society and humans would enable and let you... and if you could legally collude to make it happen?

    Yes, definitely.

I work to live - not the other way around.

There are books to read, things to do, a world to explore.

I actually PLANNED to retire at 35! I ALMOST made it! But THEN, good ole greenspan(************SARC***********) conspired to destroy the economy, and my funds ALSO dropped and I quickly had to change things.

I wish I had just retired THEN, I would have struggled for a bit, but there were a few times I could have done VERY well.

    Hi, Michael:

    Please define "eternal vacation".

Do you mean, "live forever without working," or do you mean "retire now and not have to work for the rest of your life (until you die)"?

In the latter sense, I love working from home, writing and Internet Marketing. I have no need or desire to retire from doing what I enjoy. (That's why I'm doing this instead of working a day job.)

In the former sense, I would not want to live for eternity on this mortal plane because faith in my spiritual beliefs assures me that I will be going to "a better place" when I die.

I was meaning... however you or anyone else would define it, so I guess I could have been meaning both of those.

You bet! I'd still write, but there are so many creative pursuits I could do that I can't find the time for right now. Plus, like Kay say, I love to read. I'd travel more.

When I opened the thread though, I thought your "eternal vacation" might mean death. For that, I'd want a free trial before I commited to the lifeime membership.

Just when you think you've got it all figured out, someone changes the rules.

When having an eternal vacation, travel back and forth or go to ather places but never go back to where you came from? I would like to have this kind of vacation but i wanna die in my home land, I'm still 25, dying would take a very long shot for me. )
