    Download Malwarebytes anti malware program.
Restart computer in safe mode with network
Install Malwarebyte, then make sure you update it.
    Perform a full scan.
    Delete everything it finds.
    Your system should be clean.
    Hope this helps.

If you're still struggling, go back and reread post #4. Malwarebyte's free version is world-class. It helped me with a root-kit virus a couple of years back.

They also have a free forum and you will get help.

But you do have some work to do.

You may need to use rkill (from bleepingcomputers.com) in order to be able to run malwarebytes.

I only have one word for these types of trojans.

    TDSSKiller.

I have it on my computer - if you can't get to anything but can start up in safemode, and check your email in safemode, I can get it through to you if you want it.

If you have a partition for another user - get into the other side of that partition and you should be able to get online and get the TDSSKiller - or at least to your email.

    Yeah thx guys.

I went onto another computer and searched. On Youtube a guy gives you the code to activate that piece of crap false anti virus software so it stops blocking your computer.

Once unblocked I downloaded and ran the Malwarebytes software and ran it. Deleted it.

Pain in the .......I wonder how many fall for this?

    Thanks for your help.
