How to manage keyword list easily?

keyword1
keyword2
keyword3

to

keyword1, keyword2, keyword3

it is simple if we have only 20 keyword but how to do it if we got more than 500?

    I have like 500 list of keyword in this format

    aaa
    sss
    ddd
    ffff

    hope that I can find an easier way to list them as

    aaa, sss, ddd, fff,

    Go to Add/Remove Line Breaks

    Post your list in the first box

    Click the "Remove All Line Breaks" box but only after you have added a comma in the "and replace the line break with this text*" box

    So you are simply removing all the line breaks of your list and replaing it with a comma.
