JUST FOR AN ENTRANCE! One girl was REALLY upset when she was cut off after over $9000 for the day! Her mother didn't like how she left without telling her. BUT, as a shirt she wore said, when mom says NO, DADDY SAYS YES! It still works even in the absence of any thought or desire for sex.
