PayPal has me ripping my hair out.

Ok, so I'm sure many of my fellow Warriors have been through this so I figure this is the best place to ask for help.

My business partner and I are selling software through WSOs using Warrior Plus which is linked to a business PayPal account.

PayPal has placed a 21 day hold on funds in our account. THat's 21 days for each individual transaction and not all funds as a whole. Also, for some reason we are having to mark individual transactions as "shipped". With over 1000 sold so far, I'm sure you can imagine how painful this is to do manually.

What's the deal? PayPal is no help whatsoever. Something about not being to track digital goods and no way to confirm delivery.

Is all this stuff not handled automatically? I sold and ebook using pretty much the same method and had no problems and didn't have to mark anything as shipped. I even submitted a ticket to Warrior Plus and they don't know either.

Have any of you experienced this? Perhaps it is a simple setting we are missing somewhere. Anyway, this is really frustrating and I can't seem to find a solution anywhere. We NEED access to these funds.

      No kidding. Seems like problem after problem. Can't believe they are still in business, while treating other business this way. If they weren't the only option for Warrior Plus, I'd drop them in a heartbeat.
