Informal Poll re: incorporation, LLC, Sole Prop. or What?
Warriors sometimes ask whether they should be organized to do business as a corporation, an LLC, or a sole proprietorship. Answers by others range from a specific recommendation to advice not to worry about it.
ICELP (Institute for Continuing Education of Learning Professionals) is interested in whether this is a topic that Warriors in general would like more expert advice on - this and any related topics (like what are the tax consequences of the various types of organization?) In other words is there a market for this type of service to Warriors?

2. How much if anything would you be willing to pay for say 30 minutes online advice on any given topic?
3. How much would you be or have you been willing to pay to set up your corporation, LLC, etc.
