I was talking to my son (12 years old) about his curriculum next year.

I will be setting him up with a business and having him take a personal finance course.

He asked (alarmed), "Does this mean I am going to have to stay up 'til after midnight every night working like you do?" (He asked this innocently, BTW - not being a smart alec.)

Ouch.

I explained that I am a ghostwriter, and that is a different type of business. And that he will NOT have to work like I do.

If I needed a kick in the *ss to transition from ghostwriting to an automated biz, this was it.

I am sad now.

    Don't be sad Shay, you will be setting up a plan soon to automate your business and spend less time on your ghostwriting. As for the writing, you can either cut back on clients or form a team and divide up the writing amongst the team of writers which would significantly lessen the time you spend on it.
