Forum Issues-New posts link & PM not working-Is it just me?

OFF TOPIC

Every time I click on the New Posts link it says none available and I tried to respond to a PM and it didn't take.

Is anyone else experiences these issues?

or is it just me?

And if it is just me, does anyone have a suggestion to fix it?

there are server issues, I think... I'm getting intermittent database errors

Things seem to be fine now, but I was having trouble earlier, and getting frustrated! lol
