Anyone Know How To Revert Back To An Older (MS) "Internet Explorer?"

I've been updated with Internet Explorer 9 (I think) and I don't like it. Do you know how to go back to the previous edition of Internet Explorer?

    Do a google search for the version you want, you may be able to find a download link. In my earlier days of Firefox I had to revert back to an earlier version now and then. The first couple of times I did the g search for the version I wanted. Then I started to download the versions and save them after installing.

    I'm still running XP Pro,but with the latest IE it installed which was version 8 it said that it was not reversible.
