There are these 2 review sites that use some kind of rating bar in their page. And I just wanted to know if anyone knew what it's called. Because I want to find it online and buy it. So I can add it to my sites. Is it a script?

    It's a single image that is set as the <div> background image.

    They are changing the position of the large background image for each individual chart <div> in the CSS file.
