O.M.G. Richer than most A list movie stars overnight...That's just obscene. $650M..Better if 100 people won $6.5M.

$650M. at 4% interest = $26M a year interest...I could live on that! :p

Well, it has to be divided 3 ways because there was also a winner in Illinois and in Kansas.

There were 6 second place winners in Michigan getting all the numbers without the mega ball and they all get $250,000 each.

Think I read there were 9 so far. Anyway they're all still getting money they didn't have before! I knew there were going to be multiple winners, with so many playing, don't see how there couldn't of been. I google lottery winners horror stories earlier, pretty sad stuff, family killing each other, divorce, people dieing or hurting themselves before getting to use it...some getting sued by everyone etc...

So, I broke down about 6pm yesterday and took the short drive to the TN line thinking "I'll get 20 bucks worth of tickets....WTH"

There are 3 convenience stores at the state line all within a couple miles of each other. When I got there....HOLY CRAP! Hundreds of cars, some even parked on the shoulder of this narrow two lane highway. The Sheriffs Dept. there was moving people off the shoulder.

Needless to say....I didn't need 650 Milllion bucks THAT bad...

I broke down and bought $10 on Friday - during lunch. The bar/restaurant we were eating at sold them. No line. In fact, she brought the tickets to our table

Needless to say, I didn't win either

Good thing is...I had numbers for 20 tickets already picked and compared them this morning.

None even close and I still have my $20...

  • The Maryland winner will be easy to spot...he'll be the crazy looking guy with the soiled pants driving the 24K gold plated Bugatti Veyron -

But seeing as how it was won in Maryland - with our luck it will be a lobbyist!

Don't forget lottery wins are taxed in the US, so they won't collect $650m.

Still, not a bad days work

If they take 1 lump sum I think they get about half, that's after it's split among everyone.
