Question about refunds?

is there a way to request a refund if i bought something through warriorplus?

I have this software thats giving me a headache and ive treid everything i even asked the developer for a refund and he like gave me a run around. any Admins or mods i can talk to about this?

    How did you pay? And what do you mean the developer gave you the runaround?
    If he had a clear refund policy when you bought there should be no issue. If he didn't and you don't have proof you asked about it beforehand you may be out of luck.
    As it is, if you Paid by Paypal you can file a dispute.If you paid by Bank Credit card you can file a chargeback.

    And you say the software is giving you a headache...what is the problem? Does it not work as advertised? Did you try support and get none?

    As it is,the forum rules about problems with items bought in the WSO section are pretty cut and dried, it is between you and the seller and no one else.

    One last thing you can do is maybe contact WarriorPlus. I have to say I don't know their position on helping get refunds but I''d guess it would be based in the individual case,unless the seller has committed out fraud and has had numerous complaints about him.

    The seller should refund your money, if he/she doesn't give you support, you must contact with warriorplus to take consideration of your situation. They will solve it.
