While most people are trying to study and get a good job, there are some who want to create employment opportunities for others. These people have a dream and also have the guts to change them in reality. If given a chance which of these two individuals you prefer to be?

  • I want to be both...that way I can tell myself what to do, and have contempt for my boss at the same time...

Doesn't matter - I don't listen to him - I just do it my own way...he has no idea how to run this company.

He had the nerve to call me on it when I called in sick the other day...(how did he know I was faking?)

Employee. Providing I am working for the right boss. Not all employers are @ssholes. It's give and take. It's important to keep in mind that without an employer, you'd be without a job and without employees the employer would be without a business. So again, it's give and take. There has to be some mutual respect. If a employer decides to not play by those rules, I have no problems whatsoever telling him/her to go "shove it". Vice versa, I totally understand if a employer tells me to "shove it" for not living up to my part of the deal. This is how I like to look at things. Thanks to the internet, these are things I don't have to deal with anymore.
