Twitter Website Script?

Is there a script or plugin used to create websites that harvest tweets and make news sites out of them? Here's an example:

Another example:

I notice that both sites have head title :

I see it is associated with Facebook. How is twitter part of it in whatever scripts were used to create these sites? Looks like another learning curve in front of me. Here we go again.

    Well, it turned out to be so simple that I feel stupid asking it to begin with. I didn't do the obvious until just around 10 minutes ago, which was to go to: Paper.li

    With that you can start a newpaper using a variety of means to add contents to it, including tweets and newsfeeds. I started one myself. It took me around 1 minute -- but so far the contents only comes from one source (a newsfeed):
