Here are my picks:

Josh Koscheck v. Paul Thiago - Koscheck FTW!

Joe Stevenson v. Diego Sanchez - Sanchez FTW!

It will be interesting to see how Diego deals with the drop from 170 to 155. I really like Joe, he really stood his ground with his fight with BJ Penn (bloody & beat to hell, but he still didn't back down), but I think Diego is going to be the 'bigger/stronger/more talented' fighter in this match.

I'm not too familiar with the other fighters, they seem to be relative new-comers to the UFC.

Who are your pics?

UFC stands for the Ultimate Fighting Championship, which is a Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) fighting league, where all forms/styles/arts are allowed, including Brasilian Ju-Jitsu, American Boxing, Muy Thai Kick Boxing, Judo, Karate, Kung Fu, grappling, wrestling (the real kind, not the soap opera wrestling... lol) you name it.

Basically, the top fighters in the world, with very few rules. It's quite brutal and bloody at times, but these are tremendously skilled athletes. They only use very tiny gloves, (that basically only protect the knuckles from bleeding) and the fingers are exposed, so it's just like fighting without any gloves really... oh yea, and you can kick and use knees/elbows, chokes/submisions, etc...

LOL some people are infraction happy so why not? You can't knock hip hop dancing till you try it. You could even make a video on it and post in on youtube and be a hip hop dancing guru It's a great way to burn those calories.

Anyways, hi Jared! Sometimes me and my hubby watch UFC re-runs that he missed, and I used to tease him a lot by betting on who would win although I'm not familiar with most of the contenders. I'm quite familiar with Josh Koscheck though, he's the annoying guy with blond curly hair from the reality show, Ultimate Fighter right? I wager for Thiago then (haven't heard of him though, hihi) just because I find Koscheck very annoying.
