Does anyone know exactly what the details of the new mortgage plan are?

Is it only for those housese that are under water?

Is it true that someone can refinance for 2%?

    The details of the plan are supposed to be spelled out on March 4, 2009. Until than there is just a lot of speculation. It is better to wait until March 4, and get all the information correct.
