    I saw this, and was thinking of posting it. 8-( If FSGS actually infects kidneys like that, they should just tell the person on the waiting list "Sorry, but until we find a treatment, you can only have a kidney as a last resort, after it is in danger of being lost.". The article makes it sound like he has virtually no chance of a meanigful benefit.
