    Impossible!!!

As everyone knows MACS are impervious to viruses!!

(Of course those of us that actually work in the field have told the MAC-heads otherwise for years but most are in denial).

Lol Apple phones dont even have any buttons, they are way behind. Apple has always chosen flash and gimmicks (like their 1 button mice) over functionability and userbility. No thanks.

I DO have an 8 gig Ipod that I won. Apple just released an OS update, except I don't have enough room to install it.

The good thing about Microsoft is that years of being exposed to various Malware threats have made their OS security very robust. Apple who hasn't been exposed to this level of threat is still starting to work on their security.

I thought it was an interesting article but I was surprised by a couple things on the second page.

Apple offers no automatic update option
Apple is too quick to abandon its customers

Although Apple has never said so publicly, it’s common knowledge among Mac experts that Apple provides updates (security and otherwise) only for the current OS X version and the most recent.

That means Macs that are between three and five years old are left unprotected unless their owners pay for an upgrade to a new version of OS X. (Apple charges $29 to upgrade from Leopard to Snow Leopard and another $30 to upgrade from Snow Leopard to Lion.)
I guess that's what puts the billions in their cash supply. They don't waste it on employee paychecks for the time it would take to take care of these issues.

Maybe so, but Macs are still a lot safer. Microsoft needs to put a lot of energy into security because it's system is so vulnerable. That's why you have to update 100 things every single time you use one of their computers.
