The Limit-less power of the Human Mind

He can't read or write, yet, look at the creative power of the mind.....and he got 20 million to boot.
Like a 1 year old playing Mozart...these are not exceptions, they are milepost to something that is there, but not yet drilled, or explored.
Like finding a new Planet or an entire continent one did not know existed.
These are not exceptions, but beacons, lighthouses in the uncharted sea to further study and potential of all human beings and the human mind.
How do you micro manage, squeez, fit, tag, catorgorize, contain, then compartmentalize something that is used only to 20% of maximum capacity and that is as limit-less as space?
That other 80% cannot and will not be accessed in our current in-human condition.
I.Q. and Mind/Scientific power, alone, cannot evolve to where we need to be.
Imagine if Ghengis Khan or Vlad the Impaler had access to the "other" 80%.
At our "best" in the world using 20%, we have enough weapons to destroy the Earth into atomization and take a few planets with us, currently.
I.Q. don't make anyone any more Human or civilized.
Education and Human Potential Mining has to be totally dis-assembled and re-cast in new dies, as far as tearing down all current previous borders.
