Recommend a Daily healthy Diet Site?
I am one of those people that needs everything spelled out for him when it comes to food.
It's hard for me to follow the "eat more fruits and vegetables" general advice because frankly I don't what that means. Does it mean add more celery to a burger? Does it mean an apple a day or two apples?. I need a exact laid out meal plan.
Does anyone a site that does this? (after consultation with doctor of course).
