I notice that in interviews Silicon Valley types start their answers with "so" as in, "So, this app will revolutionize the mobile space...."
And business types start answers with, "Thank you for that question...." or "sure" as in, "Sure, the reason we missed our third quarter is...."
It's like a little verbal crutch to gather their thoughts for a split second.
