Funny Episodes With Customers

Have you ever had some funny episodes with your customers?

I have had a few.

1. It was a guy who bought one of my WSO's which of course was written on English. This guy was from an Eastern European country and two or three days after the purchase he sent me a email where he asked me if I could write the guide in Russian especially for him because he didn't understand English that well.

I told him that I didn't knew Russian. When I did that he asked for a refund because he meant that I provided him with poor service because I didn't translated the guide in Russian for him. He had after all paid me $7... But come on. He knew that it was written in English when he bought it.:p

I refunded him right away because I didn't want to spend any more time on him.


2. It was a guy or gal (I don't remember exactly) who asked for a refund two minutes after he or she bought a WSO from me and wrote to me via email that he or she wasn't satisfied with the product. I offered a 60 day, hassle free money-back guarantee, but come on! 2 minutes?

I replied with that I wasn't going to give any refund 2 minutes after the purchase. I told him or her that he or she had to download and read the guide first.

After that, I didn't hear anything from the customer.

    ha ha ha, yeah seems clients are always ready for asking refund on online business. For russian guy, If i were you I would install a plugin which will convert english to russian online.... But it's very brave that you didn't deal with him.
