How to convert pdf to word?

I'm writting my paper and need to extract some paragraph out of pdf materials, but the pdf can not be copied, so I need to tranfer them to word so that I can use them freely. Any idea to do that? Do I have to use a software or any tools?

    The PDF is copyrighted. If it's not your ebook, then the author set it so that you can't copy from it because he really doesn't want anyone to copy from it. Whether you realize it or not, you're asking us to become accomplices in helping you to steal the author's copyrighted words.

      Do you have any PDF to converter? If yes then can I get that software? I am going to use it for my personal work.

      idk what you found there but you can always print it then find a OCR program

      or optical character recognition. Then have it throw it into word.
