Well kind of. I've been flat out with family life and my poor old computer has seen no love all week long.

I suffered a full scale epic stress meltdown yesterday, but have since recovered with a few glasses of plonk. Yah!

Plonk? I like that name. Is Plonk the name of a particular wine or is it a nick name for wine in general?

I wish they made a wine strong enough to alleviate my stress but alas I must indulge in Tequila.

Somehow, I thought it meant BOOZE, and... According to one definition: Possibly influenced by British slang "plonk" for cheap booze, or "plonker" for someone behaving stupidly; usually written "*plonk*".

Wine may be good quality, and casually drunk.

Booze often refers to lower quality and more careless drinking.

Plonk = cheap wine, especially if not good quality. So not to be over-indulged in when you need to relieve stress - better quality should result in less hangover! I trust the weekend has got better and that next week will be better, a little more towards heavenly.
