G`day Valerie,

it`s about 41c outside so errrrm .... not doin` to much atm :rolleyes:

Work was good last night, revised a WP Site for a client and
turned out really good ... finished about 6am then went for a
long bushwalk with two of my dogs.

Friday night/saturday morning sucked!! My comp blew at xmas
time then the monitor shortly after, I had a backup and THAT
blew last week. I did manage to scrounge a monitor in town
temporary ... THAT blew Friday Night!!

Happy ending for once tho :rolleyes: ... I`m now looking at a fairly new
22 inch screen I loaned off my mate ... ... gotta get me one!!

Walked my dogs, found a new client, Dia de Andalucia so Sunday market visited, built a couple of web sites, spent a couple of hours on the phone to family, cooked myself a great chilli con carne with spiced dumplings for Saturday and simple chip butties for Sunday. Apart from that, I am left wondering where the damned week-end disappeared to!

HEY Art! I saw Gwyneth Paltrow is traveling through out Spain for a public TV show.
Very cool show with lots of eating nice food.
Looks like a place I would really enjoy living.I envy you.
And where do you get all that energy?! Should I eat more con carne?

Well... my weekend nothing special just hang out with my friend and watch movie at movie theater and walk out at beautifull white sand at KUTA BEACH.

  How is my weekend?... boring! :-)
  
  It rarely happens but today is boring! The rainy grey dull weather sure doesn't help.
  
  I am almost done with all the boxes for my moving. Done it all on my own and it's a lot of work... not only preparing and stacking the boxes by the walls but also everything else that comes with moving. I hate moving. The one aspect of moving I hate the most - administration and paperwork - still has to be taken care of. I will be happy once I have it all finished and out of here.

The weekend is absolutely wonderful. I'm finally able to just sit down and relax after a very tiring week. Feels great!

Had any tornado warnings lately up there, Valerie?

Raccoon kabobs. Good one, Thomas! Sounds delicious. I hear the cute ones taste better than the rest.

I crossed over the border into China the first time in 8 years. It was a school trip arranged by my daughter's school. It was very boring to say the least. The stops were as follows

1. Lunch - Brazilian barbecue
2. First Stop - Walmart !$*$W
3. Secone Stop - A flower show
4. Dinner - Chinese meal from an inner province.

Along the way, our Chinese guide kept on telling us how horrible Hong Kong is and that we should visit China more often. She said that whenever she visits Hong Kong, she gets suffocated. She also said that when she crosses the road, she has to run and her skirt get lifted up like Marilyn Monroe's.

Mind you, even if I am to move to China, I am not going to settle in Shenzhen. It is the prostitution capital of China. In some areas, you cannot take a walk alone without being bothered by prostitutes. You can also "rent a mistress" easily for a month.

Morover, property prices are just plain ridicolous. I looked at the property agents outside Walmart and there was almost nothing below US$0.5M
