Any Kunaki pros here that can help me?

I have a Windows Movie Maker video created and saved to Videos on my hard drive. It is 1:57:19 in length. (One hour, fifty-seven minutes.)

I get to step three on Kunaki and am not able to get it to upload.

Question: Must the project be burned to disc before I can load it onto Kunaki? If not, how can I upload it? I'm out of ideas.

I tried to burn it to DVD but it stuck during encoding at 31.3% and stayed there for four hours.

Any help appreciated. Thanks. (This was also posted in the main forum, just so you know, so you don't waste time answering it twice.)

Yes you MUST have a disc that was burned and proven to play without any issues.
Then upload it from that disc is the ONLY method to get it to Kunaki.

What is the disc capacity and what is the file size?

Do you have auto run and menus?

Kunaki states in their FAQs "Kunaki operates more like a machine than a business and does not offer a personalized service"

Forget Kunaki until you have a working disc in you hand.
If it is 'stuck for four hours', then fix that first.
Search for how to Burn ISO's and 'autorun' and menus. You'll find plenty to help you out.
