If did you often see a situation when happened a accident, there was nobody to bear the responsibility about this accident.     That's what forensics are for. DVR camera recorders are good for filming cops who are tasing you or beating the crap out of you after pulling you over for some moot stupidity and when they ask you if you know why they are standing there you tell them "Um.....because you flunked your SATs?" Need that stuff for court.
