Im looking to move into some mainstream businesses selling clothing items, sunglasses, etc. My largest hurdle so far is finding a wholesaler. Seems that everywhere I look I find some list for sale or very low end products. Where do real retailers get real products?

If you are really serious in finding a legitimate wholesaler, i suggest you check out Worldwide brands. Worldwide Brands has a collection of verified wholesalers that cater to almost every market. Their database is not free though, but it's definitely worth an investment.

I paid for membership with Worldwide Brands and didn't find them all that helpful. Sorry, just being honest. Didn't make a dime using them.

I guess it all depends on what expectations you have and what kind of products you are trying to sell. I know some people who didn't have luck with it too and most of them had the wrong expectations of Worldwide Brands. Better if people make a thorough research first before signing up with Worldwide Brands as their fee is pricey. Just a tip.

Wow, does Chris Malta keep an eye on the WF or what? I checked my email after posting above and discovered a new email just received: the Product Sourcing Newsletter from Worldwide Brands!

    Spooky.
