Umm..LOL WF is much better than DP. I don't know about the breathing though. I think you have to pay a fee to breathe.

Undoubtedly Warrior is far better than DP.......DP has become a goddamn place now-a-days, because of the ****ing Mods.

Actually few of the service providers are very good friend of few Mods......so who ever is providing service well there.......they got banned......cause Mods has to take their friends side and help them out.

A reference: Cyberhub has never been banned there.......but he has few negative reputation.......he keeps his thread bumping......etc.......he never got banned cause he pays a good amount to a Mod........

Warrior is not like that......this is Allan's Forum.....everything very transparent till.

Just obey the forum rule. Hope you will enjoy your days here.

DP and WF are very different forums that do not compete directly head on head, although there is quite a bit of overlap. My distinct impression is that DP is full of very young members who are not serious of making money, whereas WF is much more mature and serious. However things seem to be changing over here as well as there seems to be an influx of new members who are very aggressive and whose tone are similar to those in DP.

DP is the "kids" playground.

WF is the "grown-ups" business community for serious people only.

Spammers/scammers get banned almost immediately here. There is no room to breathe for idiots who try and push the limits of the written and unwritten rules around here.

DP has gotten really bad. Its more of a place to do small business, and bargain the hell out of people. Seriously. Have you seen the buy sell trade area. A person selling products or services can't even get attention without giving 10 reviews lol.

I'm a newbie to WF and look forward to many years here. You can tell that WF has a different tone than DP. Its more serious minded. Alot more successful people around here who know what they are talking about.

Thank you for a welcome. Looks good so far. I noticed there is not much on the rules in here - ( I read the link).
I know every place need to have rules but I hate when they on the edge of idiotic. I got banned in DP once for asking "What niche is your site" in the thread on link exchange. Obviously my post "had no value" - it had for me and the OP.
I had business deals last week with 6 people on DP - I came back after the long weekend to check on the progress and guess what - all 6 is banned. I can't contact anyone. So I opened the thread under suggestions saying that banning on DP is getting out of hand, explaining which rules don't make sense in the buy/sell area.
Outcome?
Abuse from mods, thread closed, my reputation stripped from me for "running crappy thread"

I'm sick of it.

And I agree on the review subject. Even when people offer $2 service - they still begging for reviews. It's just pathetic. I felt ashamed for them few times.

I hope that I will have more fun and business deals here. Nice to hear that members are mods. Once again thanks for the great response.

I am a noob to both sites, so maybe I have a different view than some, but so far I would much rather post on these forums.

It isn't that there is anythign wrong with DP per se but I have found I have learned more here in the same amount of time.

I also really appreciate the personal development forum (mind warriors). there isn't really an equivalent at DP (that I have came across in my limited time anyways).

yes i know one guy from TF (talkfreelance) recommended WF so thought to take a look at.. and lol there's lot more here and there are some serious guys who are here to make money, promote their businesses, and have fun as well.. on DP there are some good and some bad things

Both forums have their own differences. Which is the reason why WF is far different and much more better compared to that of DP. Sometimes rules and restrictions in a forum is necessary in order for the users as well the community members to be able to live harmoniously.

I enjoy WF much, much more. DP is the place to go if you are
about flipping domains and things like that. Much information
for blackhatters too. Also there is a lot of specific information
about Drupal, Joomla, etc. with many resident experts who
can answer very technical questions. Warriors tend to be
more marketing oriented whereas DP has more of a webmaster
focus.
