getting free traffic do i tell someone

im with a cpa network.
I am paying for advertising, my campaign was put on hold because the tracking was causing a problem and for every conversion I was not paying anything.
a few weeks down the line my cpa network account manager enlightens me to the fact that my account is bringing in leads.
it turn out that my campaign is active and the tracking is still off.
not paying anything, do I tell them or ride it out?
