      Then the G would change their customer service policy, at least there will be a 'real person' at the end of the phone, and no more TOC clause "we can terminate your account for any reason" (i.e. any reason = with/without reason).

    Interesting. I never got to court but my account was canceled in the exact manor and I also wasn't able to get any answers. I'm done dealing online with places I can't get answers - clickbank, google -- screw em. Every time a corp gets big, they start dealing in theft and I've had it.

      Big G is a monopoly as a result of the useless big Y was unable to get hold of the top spot on SE war.

      I believe that sooner or later the G will be pulled apart by the DoJ for the reason being a monopoly on the internet.

      Google = theft! Don't be silly. They would have deleted your account for a reason. They are the biggest name on the Internet, why would they need to cheat?

      With Clickbank, as I believe this is a tracking issue, but why would they need to cheat people knowing that their the biggest digital product network on the web?

      Google just need to develop a support group for Adsense in various countries. Hopefully they'll do this now.

        G can delete anybody's adsense/adwords/gmail...and all other G accounts for ANY REASON. Now, 'ANY REASON' can be 'FOR A REASON' or 'FOR NO REASON. IMHO G have the right to do so in according to their TOCs.

    My understanding is that the judge did agree that Google could terminate an account for any reason. But that Google could not confiscate the earnings in that account without good reasons.

      I had Google suspend my account once for click fraud.
      It had $95 in it before the clicks. I was able to prove I wasn't responsible for the fraudulent clicks and they reinstated the account, but took the $95 that was there before the fraudulent clicks. Tried to get it back with no success so screw Google. I was so pissed I canceled all my adword campaigns and closed my adword account with them, when they asked why I read them the riot act and called them a bunch of slimey crooks.
      By getting rid of my adsense sites and tweeking a couple of other sites I still make the same and sometimes more every month that I did with adsense and have way less headaches.
