Which one do you prefer to put inside the house the rest of your lives? Just curious.

I had a cat named Ditto she was cool. I also had a dog before my ex-wife lawl. I love them both so it would be a toss up for me.

Yikes... Inside the house is a big call. I would say dog, Cat hair is a nightmare!

    I'd have to say both.

I currently have 4 dogs and 1 cat (and a bunny, a hamster, 2 aquariums and 5 cows).

My home would not be the same without them!

We prefer dogs, but I sure loved my long-lived cat while he was here. Right now, one pet is more than enough to handle--the dog doesn't mind being brushed but the cat never liked it.

I have one dog, and a bag of egg-rolls in the freezer... so probably a cat also.

I have four dogs and am "babysitting" a fifth for a few weeks while a friend is overseas. They're great company and a good motivator to exercise. My only complaint is that they take up too much space on the couch :-)

Inside the house would have to be a cat, because they are more careful.

      Dogs.

I think Dogs are better to keep inside your house.

Though Cat is not a bad option, but I prefer a dog

I would go for a Dog. But if you prefer to have less work go for a Cat.

Less work? - Try cleaning out that smelly cat litter box every week. All I have to do for my dog is open the back door.

I don't even need to do that. The cat just goes out the cat flap

I have a cat flap too... but most people call them mud flaps.

I must admit my preferred choice for cats or dog is definitely dogs as dogs are so useful and an excellent companion when trained to a high level.
